We now offer the brokerage office compliance service to help take time off your hands and keep your brokerage compliance in order. When your agents upload their docs to your backagent system, we will check to make sure every document, signature, initial, amendment and any other files are accounted for in the system before their CDA is released for commission. This helps keep agents accountable, frees up your time from having to check everything, and keeps your brokerage in compliance with regulations, etc. For just a small fee of $35 per contract.
If there are errors, we will address to agent for revision. We can also set up a system to keep track of all closing dates and if we haven't received anything from the agent a week before scheduled closing, we will reach out to them as a reminder their commission is in jeopardy if documents are not received and approved soon. This will help with office accountability, keep things organized and helps to not have last minute CDA issues.
We can also offer for your agents to use us for their transaction coordination if they happen to have several repeat mistakes so you can cut down on file errors for your office. In turn, since we would also be the compliance officer, we will already have all documents and will be the one uploading to the system. In this case, we won't charge the $35 compliance fee per deal, so the brokerage will no longer have any additional compliance fees and you can save that money.
